Digital Transformation/CX Consultants Amsterdam/Stockholm/Paris

The digital transformation consultants are expected to drive transformations and lead the re-design effort from the end-to-end perspective, together with the business partners, as well as working as solution architects working with the rest of the team. Use various disciplines, especially CX (Customer Experience), Lean methodologies, design thinking and using the human centred design to re-imagine business processes

Carve out digital transformations by consulting customers, driving digital strategies for our customers, including selling targeted engagements
Deliver transformation roadmaps and demonstrate thought leadership in positioning to empower new propositions for customers in digital transformations
Drive customer success for large scale implementations (or similar) and  contribute to long-term customer retention
Quantify and deliver business value and business cases, engage the right customer stakeholders to build the right level of confidence.
Experience of working with the Big 4 consulting firms  
Able to design and implement best practice blue prints
Good Understanding of emerging technologies 
Experience with Data / Information Modelling
Understanding and experience with process modelling (Level 1-3)
Experience as a functional architect or consultant focused on CRM, Customer Engagement, Digital Transformation, Sales
Knowhow and understanding of COTS products like SAP, SFDC, PEGA etc preferred
Demonstrates expert knowledge of outsourcing services, experience with Big 4 Consulting firms preferred
English language is a must. Other preferred languages (Dutch, German, French, Swedish). 
Must have EU passport.
12-15 years’ experience
Experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services
Experience operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping advisory projects
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role
Able to command a group audience, facilitate solutions and lead discussions such as marketing strategy, sales transformation, customer service, customer engagement, social enterprise strategy, mobile strategy and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
Highly developed soft skills, with the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience and difficult client situations
Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment
History of working in a consultative selling environment, where clients seek and value your opinions and see your advice as objective and unbiased.
