Engagement Manager (Front Office)/Business Consultant – The requirements for this role are based in The Netherlands, Sweden, France and Germany.

 
Key Skills
Ability to provide marketing, sales, service transformation consulting services. 
Understands how the business strategy relates to marketing, sales, and service. 
Has knowledge of key customer and commercial transformation consulting methodologies, e.g. Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Segmentation, Value Proposition Design, Target Operating Model, Marketing, Sales and Service process optimisation, etc.
Has knowledge and experience with digital and analytics-based programs.
Understands marketing, sales and service platforms and can define solutions based on them.
Has a solid background in the delivery of Marketing, Sales and Service solutions
Ability to manage mid-size commercial (marketing, sales, and service) transformation.
Has a track record of providing pre-sales support for large bids work with a larger BD team to develop E2E solutions and proposals.
Has a track record of selling and managing engagements.
Ability to prepare and present compelling proposals.
Ability to manage mid to large size projects/programs.
Is familiar with Design Thinking and Agile
Ability to relate to and engage with clients.
Ability to articulate complex business and technology ideas in a compelling manner.
10 years of experience in customer experience, marketing and/or sales consulting
10 years in top end consulting
Excellent communication skills (written, visual (PPT) and spoken)
Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement, additional languages (especially German, Dutch, French, Swedish). 
 
Secondary Skills
Ability to lead (senior) client discussions – articulate, confident, and engaging with strong people and communication skills with the ability to easily facilitate a client (group)
Ability to lead client workshops, and ideally are familiar with Design Thinking.
Understanding of digital and interactive experience
Familiar with both consulting and technology way of doing business.
Ability to collaborate with virtual and physical teams.
Enjoys intellectual and client challenges.
Bachelor’s degree.
 
Fluency in additional languages (especially German or Dutch or French or Swedish)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable.
