Engagement Partner / Engagement Manager (Agile) - Media   

 

l  The Engagement Partner will be responsible for the account relationships on an executive level. Work with the client partners and ISU leadership to ensure revenue growth and quality delivery on transformational projects.

l  Will be responsible for the execution of all transformational activities on one (or more) accounts.

l  Accountable for the successful delivery of entire programs for transformation projects.

l  Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the program.

l  Produce recognised pieces of transformational thought leadership and present at industry events.

l  Engage in significant business development activities jointly with ISU and MMU leadership to broaden the footprint and increase the overall revenue base.

 

l  Oversee overall delivery roadmaps with your skill to ensure deadlines, goals, and overall objectives are met to the client’s satisfaction.

l  Collaborate with the engagement director(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the program(s)

l  Oversee program level status, metrics, issues and risks

l  Oversee various transformational programs, implementing business process improvements, or systems for our clients

l  Leverage your broad business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modelling, technical design, application development, integrations, and enablement

l  Provide leadership and guidance to engagement directors and client executives involved in the programs.

l  Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposal.

 

l  Demonstrated experience in leading major transformational initiatives.

l  If you have any ERP technologies, this may be useful.

l  At least 8 years’ experience in proposal and business care development

l  Proven sales experience

l  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS or equivalent discipline required. Master’s Degree desired.

l  Willingness to travel 100%

 

l  The Engagement Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and management of transformation engagements for clients. Co-ordinate the work and client team members for typically 1 project

l  Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects

l  Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project.

 

l  Coordinate project timeline with your team to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client’s satisfaction.

l  Manage overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the project

l  Report project level status, metrics, issues and risks and manage overall completion and sign-off on project deliverables

l  Lead and manage small teams conducting transformation projects, implanting business process improvements, or implementing ERP systems for our clients.

l  Conduct workshops (e.g. requirements, gathering, solution architecting) with business managers. Work with client staff and end-users to determine the business and functional requirements for the system within ERP solution.

l  Create detailed systems documentation, text scripts, and presentations

l  Leverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modelling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement

l  Configure the SAP system to meet the business requirements

l  Provide leadership and guidance to other analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects

l  Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.

 

l  Demonstrate experience in managing transformational initiatives

l  At least 3 years’ experience in proposal and business case development

l  Global ERP Implementation experience working with multi-national companies in multi-cultural environments is a plus

l  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline required

l  Willingness to travel 100%

 

Minimum 10/12 to 15 years’ experience in Agile and Lean based process improvements in a large organisation acting in a leadership role /Managing Consultant /Client Program Manager.
Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience (IT, Manufacturing, Production, BFS, etc.) as an Agile Coach (resume should clearly articulate the coaching experience in a large scale enterprise agile transformation).
Experience in training teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, RAD etc.) along with the capability to conduct role based Agile training such as Scrum Master Training, Product Owner Training, etc.
Experience in managing or leading Agile engagements in a distributed agile environment such as on-site / off-shore model
Experience in enterprise Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) with ability to guide the customer organization on the right path for Scaled Agile adoption and maturity"  "  

In-depth knowledge of end to end software development lifecycle, with sound knowledge of various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, RAD etc.)o Hands-on knowledge and experience in relevant Agile tools such as Rally, Version One, AgileCraft, LeanKit, JIRA-Agile, etc"    

    

Certifications (should have industry recognised certifications related to Agile) such as:   

Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)   

Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)    

SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4)   

Certified LeSS Professional (CLP)
