Front Office Transformation/CX Consultant - Life Sciences Switzerland

The Front Office Transformation / CX Consultant is expected to drive transformation s and lead the re-design effort from the end-to-end perspective, together with the business partners, as well as working as solution architects working with the rest of the team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Manage and consult for large engagements in Life Sciences industry
Driving digital transformations, including selling targeted engagements that will underpins Sales, Marketing and Customer engagement/service “customer company” strategy
Drive customer success for large scale implementations (or similar) and contribute to long-term customer retention
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to deliver customer success
Quantify and deliver business value and business cases, engage the right customer stakeholders to build the right level of confidence.
 
EXPERIENCE:-
Must have strong domain knowledge
 Must have knowledge of Life Sciences organisations and good understanding of front and back office organisation and processes
Experience of working with the Big 4 consulting firms
Able to design and implement best practice blueprints
Good understanding of functional business
Good understanding and experience with Life Sciences industry standards and frameworks.
 
SKILLS:-
Experience as a Business architect or Consultant in a life sciences industry
Has in-depth understanding of the product and services portfolio roadmaps of multiple business units, deep knowledge in area of specialisation in the life sciences Industry
Demonstrates expert knowledge of outsourcing services, experience with Big 4 Consulting firms preferred
English language is a must. Other preferred languages (Dutch, German, French, Swedish). 
Must have EU passport.
12-15 years’ experience
 
SOFT SKILLS:-
Experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services
Experience operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping advisory projects
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role
Able to command a group audience, facilitate solutions and lead discussions such as marketing strategy, sales transformation, customer service, customer engagement, social enterprise strategy, mobile strategy and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
Highly developed soft skills, with the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience and difficult client situations
Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment
History of working in a consultative selling environment, where clients seek and value your opinions and see your advice as objective and unbiased
