We are now looking for a self-motivated and innovative eCommerce Project Manager to assist with the continued growth and innovation of our engagements in product portfolio and commerce area. Must have experience in delivering all aspects of the analysis, design, implementation, deployment, and support of E-commerce solutions across B2C and B2B areas. 
 
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager you will drive the project planning, scoping, changes, risks, issues, budget and deliverables of the transformation project. Also, you will manage the delivery with Agile and DevOps methodology. You will be reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager. 
 
Further responsibilities of the role include:
Develop the process and framework for efficient execution of key projects, by working closely with work stream leads and deployment managers to ensure the program delivers on its objectives, on time, scope and within budget.
Compile learning and share best practices across teams to help achieve the most effective project operations.
Develop consistent communication process to ensure alignment on project status, a mechanism for feedback and be responsive to customer requirements.
Analyze, report (and flag when necessary) on program performance metrics.
Collaborate across multiple teams to identify and accomplish goals.
Facilitating issue resolutions between team members in a manner that keeps everyone productive and highly motivated
Demonstrate a strong competence in stakeholder and communication management.
 
ABOUT YOU
You have an overall experience of more than 10 years with at least 3 years of experience in handling Hybris Commerce projects as well as 3+ years of project delivery experience or management of large projects or program in Agile and DevOps delivery model. 
You are expected to be concise and articulate in speech and writing with proficiency in English. Swedish language skills are also good-to-have, same with any Project Management certification. 
 
Following are the essential capabilities that are required:
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience working in SAP Hybris eCommerce B2B or B2C solutions to start with hands on and then in Project manager role
At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experience in leading SAP Hybris eCommerce platform in the Project Manager role
Good understanding in business processes and application system of e-Commerce, including ERP “Order to Cash” functions, Payment, Shipping, Sales, Pricing and Promotions, Customer Service/Support, Product Catalog Management, Content Management, and Digital Marketing
Experience in working with cross-functional and globally distributed digital teams
Strong leadership abilities.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong presentation skills with a desire to grow this skill-set.
Experience in Onsite and offshore execution model
Development processes (agile and other latest methodologies), quality and testing best practices
Out of the box Vs Customization – Do’s and Don’ts
Integrations – Internal & External. Understand the dependencies and risks
Environments and licensing models and options
