Our client is embarking on a significant transformation journey partnering with which encompasses of enterprise wise agile transformation, architecture transformation to micro services and cloud, transforming the operating model - processes, talent and innovation. 

 
Job description: 
The Transformation Head is expected to champion the transformation journey. In this role, the transformation head will report to the IT leadership team and will be part of the CIO governing council.  
The Transformation Head will play a customer advisor role at the Management Team (VPs of IT) & CIO. He or she will be a coach to this Management Team to help steer the organization through the Agile Transformation Journey aligning with the Strategy for Transformation.  
High level Strategy already in place and the Job might require refining/enhancing based on management team engagement. 
At an operation level, as Transformation Head, will drive/mentor the transformation teams to achieve the intended objectives of each of the transformation teams as defined in the Strategy. 
Job also requires governing the adoption of Agile by the various domain teams (verticals) and advice on resolution of impediments in the adoption. 
Transformation head will report to account leadership (Client Partner) and Retail Agile Lead. 
 
Experience Required: 
15 to 20 years of overall experience 
5+ years of Agile Experience 
Experience in leading Agile or Devops Transformation for the customer. 
Experience in coaching and training in Agile concepts especially coaching senior executives 
Experience in defining and implementation of any transformation Strategy 
Good if active in the Agile community, publish papers, speak at conferences and contribute to Agile interest groups 
 
Skills Required:

Responsibilities 
Lead the transformation strategy and roadmap partnering with client transformation head   
Oversee all aspects of transformation - operating model, architecture, talent, processes, change management etc. 
Supporting the transformation teams creating vision and roadmap, writing effective user stories, and prioritizing based on transformation goals 
Contribute towards design of future organizational that will be transformed embracing Agile and Devops 
Partner with change management team and help build agile culture and mindset within the organization 
Bring thought leadership in all aspects of transformation playing a role of chief advisor to the client leadership team  
Manage stakeholders   
Manage transformation outcomes, issues and conflicts  
Build and mentor transformation team
